Start enjoying meal time again!

Work with a dietitian to learn how to find food freedom, stop restrictive eating, and begin looking forward to nourishing your body.

How Nutrition Counseling Can Help:

A Registered Dietitian is your partner along the road to discovering the best version of yourself. Society often puts emphasis on the wrong things when it comes to meal time. The dietitian can help change your perspective and assist in creating and working towards your personal goals, while helping you overcome the challenges that come up along the way.

Working Together

2. Initial Session

(60-90 minutes)

Attend your first session. We will discuss your health history, and create tangible goals to work on during our time together.

3. Follow Ups

(30-60 minutes)

We will evaluate progress since your last session, including any challenges, and talk through how to overcome them.

How many sessions will I need?

Everyone is unique in how often they may want to check in. On average, 3 sessions is a good starting point.

Sessions may be covered by insurance!
